Silencer Shop submits more Form 4's to the ATF than anybody else in the country; and, as a result, we've learned what works - as well as what doesn't. We're able to keep our Form 4 error rate to an absolute minimum by running an automated validation on the registration information, and then following that up with a manual review by some of the most experienced NFA experts in the country.
CLASS III
ORDER YOUR ITEM
Ask any Guns of Texas Employees about class III items we can order for you.
FORM 4
When your speacial order item is paid for and is delivered to our location. We will then contact you to sign the required Form 4. After all signitures are accounted for and a $200 check is written to the BATFE (per item). We can then send all documents out for submission, and begin the process to obtain a tax stamp for your class 3 item!
